ARENA CLUB
Membership to the Arena Club at the TD Waterhouse Centre is exclusive to Orlando Magic Season Ticket Holders. The Arena Club offers a unique full buffet dining experience and full bar, with reservation and guest privileges. Special requests are the clubs’ specialty. ATM MACHINES
For your convenience, SunTrust ATM machines are located on the concourse level at the west end of the TD Waterhouse Centre. They are located directly behind Sections 106 and 107 on the concourse. There is also a SunTrust ATM machine outside the TD Waterhouse Centre. It is located on the east side of the building in front of the box office windows.

Autographed items can be purchased through on-line auctions (www.orlandomagic.com), and during the season at in-game auctions and raffles, which benefit the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation. For additional information, please call 407.916.2641.
BAGS, BACKPACKS AND PURSES
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.) will be permitted inside the TD Waterhouse Centre, and may be subject to search at all entrances. Large bags, coolers, and backpacks are not permitted. There are no storage lockers on the premises. Please make sure that you leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle.

BALL KID PACKAGES
The Orlando Magic offers the opportunity to purchase Honorary Ball Kid Packages through our Web site at www.orlandomagic.com. The package includes two tickets to a selected game and a chance for your young one (ages 6-14) to sit on the basket stanchion during the game and help rebound for the pros during warm-ups before the game and at halftime. BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted in the TD Waterhouse Centre, but may not exceed three feet in height and a reasonable length. Banners and signs may not be displayed during play due to sight restrictions. Banners and signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the arena. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs must not be commercial in nature, obscene in any way, or cause any disturbance with other fans. TD Waterhouse Centre reserves the right to remove any banner or sign without exception at the team’s request.
BASKETBALL CAMPS
Basketball camps are offered in the spring and summer and are designed for players ages 5 to 17, who are presented with a full slate of activities, ranging from skill enhancement and live games to life counseling. Basketball Camp offers instruction, team and individual competition, awards, a T-shirt, and more. Participants can also expect to meet Magic players and coaches! Magic guest speakers in the past have included Pat Garrity, Keith Bogans, Andrew DeClercq, and Grant Hill. You never know who might show up! In addition to our traditional camp program, we offer a special Parent/Child Overnight Camp in the spring, where both parent and child participate in drills, individual and combined competitions. BLACK TIE & TENNIES CHARITY GALA
The Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation, holds an annual Black Tie & Tennies Charity Gala to raise funds to be distributed to the Central Florida community non-profit agencies that support the OMYF mission statement through a grant process. BROADCASTING
The Magic Broadcasting Department produces Orlando Magic games on TV and radio, as well as auxiliary television and radio programming. The department is also responsible for in-house audio and video production for the Magic.
TELEVISION
Orlando Magic regular and pre-season games are broadcast regionally on either the Magic Television Network (MTN) or Sunshine Network (SSN).
MAGIC TELEVISION NETWORK
The Magic Television Network consists of over-the-air stations across the state of Florida. WRBW UPN-65 in Orlando is the flagship station for the Television Network. The Network also consists of affiliate stations WMOR TV-32 in Tampa and WTCN WB-15 in Ft. Pierce. All games aired on the Magic Television Network are produced internally by Magic Broadcasting. This season, WRBW UPN-65 will air thirty-five (35) MTN broadcasts in the Orlando area, which includes Countdown to Magic, the half-hour pre-game show. Each MTN broadcast includes halftime video features that can also be viewed online. WRBW UPN-65 viewers can also listen to games en Espanol by selecting the Secondary Audio Programming (SAP) option on their television set.
SUNSHINE NETWORK
Sunshine Network is the regional cable outlet for Orlando Magic basketball. Sunshine Network will produce and air forty-four (44) Magic games this season. Each telecast will be preceded by a 30-minute pre-game show, Magic Tonight. Sunshine Network is a 24-hour regional sports network that reaches 5.7 million homes throughout the state of Florida.
RADIO
All pre-season, regular season and post-season Orlando Magic games can be heard on the Magic Radio Network. Additionally, for our Spanish-speaking listeners, all Magic games, home and away, are broadcast en Espanol. You can also hear all Orlando Magic games on the Internet via Inside Ticket.

CAMERAS AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
All cameras are permitted in the TD Waterhouse Centre. Small, personal video cameras are permitted for videotaping pre-game, half-time, and post-game activities. Under no circumstance is the basketball game itself allowed to be video taped. Anyone caught videotaping the basketball game will be asked to remove the camera from the TD Waterhouse Centre. All professional cameras and video equipment (members of the media or free-lance journalists) must be cleared through the Orlando Magic Media Relations Department by calling 407.916.2623.
CHILD TICKET POLICY
For all Orlando Magic home games during the 2004-2005 season, children less than 36" tall do not need to purchase an individual ticket provided the child sits on an adult's lap. However, other events at TD Waterhouse Centre may require children of all ages to have a ticket for entry. Please check in advance by calling 407-849-2020.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS
The Orlando Magic continues to give back to the community through its various programs and activities such as Read to Achieve, Magic Volunteer Program (MVP), Hispanic Heritage Celebration, Black History Month and Child Abuse Prevention. CONCESSIONS
Concession stands are located throughout the arena on the concourse. Hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, combo meals, chips, peanuts and candy can be found in designated concession stand stations. Bottled water, soft drinks, and cold draft beer accompany the wide range of food selections.
A Bunch of Hot Dogs serving gourmet hot dogs of all kinds is located behind Section 103.
Pizzeria Uno serving Chicago Style Pizza is located behind Sections 218 and 236.
Subway serving fresh submarine sandwiches is located behind Sections 219 and 201.
Hoopla Grill serving hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, french fries, chips, soft drinks and cold beer is located behind Section 116.
Barnie’s Coffee and Tea serving gourmet coffee and coolattas is located behind Sections 105 and 108.
Time-Out Lounge is a full service liquor bar serving assorted wines, select import draft and bottled beer, frozen drinks, soft drinks, and bottled water is located behind Sections 108 and 119.
Johnny River’s Smokehouse serving bourbon chicken and Cajun rice, pulled pig hoagie, chips, soft drinks and cold beer is located behind Sections 207 and 225.
The Carvery serving assorted carved sandwiches, roast beef, turkey, prime rib, and tenderloin, is located behind Sections 103 and 114.
City Deli serving Philly cheese steaks, beef and chicken fajita wraps, and nachos supreme is located behind Section 104.

DISABLED GUEST ACCESSIBILITY
The Orlando Magic is committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the arena. The TD Waterhouse Centre is a fully accessible arena for all Guests. The disabled entrance is located on the east side of the TD Waterhouse Centre. The entrance is located through the double glass doors to the right of the box office windows. Disabled parking for the TD Waterhouse Centre is located off Revere Street on the east side of the building. Guests are encouraged to arrive one hour prior to tip off to improve their chances of attaining a disabled parking space.
DONATIONS
The Orlando Magic coordinates two full-team internal autograph sessions per year. These items are used to help community-based organizations raise money for their programs. ELEVATORS
Elevators are located on the east side of the TD Waterhouse Centre for those Guests who cannot navigate the stairs on either the north or south sides of the arena. These elevators are found by entering the double glass doors directly to the right of the box office windows.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency during a game, the Orlando Magic staff will utilize the public address system in the TD Waterhouse Centre to inform our Guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

The Fan Relations Booth is located behind Sections 117 and 118 on the concourse level of the TD Waterhouse Centre. GAME DATE AND TIME CHANGES
All game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date change should occur, the Orlando Magic will notify the Season Ticket Holder of record by mail. All game changes will also appear on www.orlandomagic.com and will be communicated through the local media. Please remember to notify anyone that you have already distributed your tickets to of the game date or time change. Generally, the Orlando Magic will not issue refunds or exchange tickets due to game date or time changes.
GATES OPEN (DOORS OPEN)
Gates open one hour prior to game time for all Orlando Magic home games. Gate opening times may vary if a game is rescheduled or extra time is required for general admittance. All fans are permitted access near the court for the first half-hour after the gates open.
GROUP TICKETS
If you’ve ever thought about bringing a group to an Orlando Magic game, now is the time! There’s no better way to catch the action at the TD Waterhouse Centre than to share the experience with a group of 20 or more. Your group could have the opportunity to play on the Magic court or high five the players before the game. Call the Group Sales Department at 407.89.MAGIC and select “2” for more information.
GUARANTEED GIVEAWAYS
Guaranteed Giveaways are available to Orlando Magic Season Ticket Holders who would like to receive one of each of the giveaways on the promotional schedule for the 2004-2005 season. The Orlando Magic Hoop Troop, Inc. is the official booster club for the NBA’s Orlando Magic basketball team. LATIN AFFAIRS DIVISION
Individuals and corporations can experience the excitement and growth by advertising with the Orlando Magic Latin Affairs Division. The Latino population is the fastest growing minority group in the USA. LOST AND FOUND
If you lose an item during an event, please contact any Fan Relations staff member or any other employee for assistance. You may also check with the Orlando Police Department Office located on the east concourse near Sections 107 and 108. Found items can be turned into the Orlando Police Department Office on the east concourse. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after 30 days. For assistance on non-game days, please contact the TD Waterhouse Centre Security Control office at 407.849.2085.
LOST TICKETS
The Orlando Magic will be glad to replace Season Ticket Holders’ tickets for one game each season free of charge. If you lose your tickets a second time during the season you will be charged the face value for the replacement tickets. If you find your lost tickets within seven working days after the game you were charged for, you may return the tickets (fully intact) and receive a refund of the replacement cost. Replacement tickets will need to be picked up by the ticket holder. Please be prepared to show identification. The Orlando Magic Ticket office is unable to send replacement tickets via U.S. mail.

PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP FOR CHARITY

SEARCH PROCEDURES
In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required by the TD Waterhouse Centre and the National Basketball Association. The purpose of this search is to prevent Guests from bringing into the arena unauthorized and prohibited items. Guests who refuse to submit to either visual or pat down searches will be refused entry. Security personnel will conduct these searches. The Guest must throw the prohibited item in the trash or return the item to their vehicle. Search sticks may be used to move items around, if necessary. Any items in question should be removed by the Guest.

SHARE THE MAGIC
Season Ticket Holders can donate their unused game tickets to charitable youth organizations and make a difference in the lives of many underprivileged youth in the Central Florida community. Ticket donations are accepted until 2:00 p.m. the day of the game and are tax-deductible. Should you make your donation by telephone, please call 407.89.MAGIC and select “3” for Fan Relations. A representative will re-print your ticket(s) for the seat(s) donated. A new barcode will then be enabled for the donated seat(s). The barcode on the original tickets for the game(s) donated will no longer be valid for entry into the TD Waterhouse Centre. For your convenience, we will mail you a receipt at the end of the month for tax purposes.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted once inside the arena. There are designated, roped off areas in front of the North and South main door entrances.
STOLEN TICKETS
Season Ticket Holders are urged to file a police report with your local law enforcement agency and provide our office with a copy. Once you have completed this initial step, we will provide you with replacement tickets on a month-to-month basis for full season tickets. Should you have less than an entire season stolen, then we will handle each case on an individual basis. For your convenience, the Orlando Magic Ticket Office will have your replacement tickets available for pickup the first business day of each month.

TAG-A-CHILD PROGRAM
All guests who would like to register their child for the Tag-A-Child program may do so at the Fan Relations Booth located behind Sections 117 and 118 on the outer concourse. The child will receive a wristband with his/her name and seat location. If the child becomes lost, the wristband will give an event staff employee or police officer the necessary information to escort the child back to his/her seat. If a parent is not there, the child will be taken to the Fan Relations Booth.

Banners and signs are permitted in the TD Waterhouse Centre, but may not exceed three feet in height and a reasonable length. Banners and signs must not be commercial in nature, obscene in any way, or cause any disturbance with other fans. Basketball camps are offered in the spring and summer and are designed for players ages 5 to 17, who are presented with a full slate of activities, ranging from skill enhancement and live games to life counseling. Basketball Camp offers instruction, team and individual competition, awards, a T-shirt, and more. Participants can also expect to meet Magic players and coaches! BROADCASTING
The Magic Broadcasting Department produces Orlando Magic games on TV and radio, as well as auxiliary television and radio programming. The department is also responsible for in-house audio and video production for the Magic.
TELEVISION
Orlando Magic regular and pre-season games are broadcast regionally on either the Magic Television Network (MTN) or Sunshine Network (SSN).
MAGIC TELEVISION NETWORK
The Magic Television Network consists of over-the-air stations across the state of Florida. WRBW UPN-65 in Orlando is the flagship station for the Television Network. The Network also consists of affiliate stations WMOR TV-32 in Tampa and WTCN WB-15 in Ft. Pierce. All games aired on the Magic Television Network are produced internally by Magic Broadcasting. This season, WRBW UPN-65 will air thirty-five (35) MTN broadcasts in the Orlando area, which includes Countdown to Magic, the half-hour pre-game show. Each MTN broadcast includes halftime video features that can also be viewed online. WRBW UPN-65 viewers can also listen to games en Espanol by selecting the Secondary Audio Programming (SAP) option on their television set.
SUNSHINE NETWORK
Sunshine Network is the regional cable outlet for Orlando Magic basketball. Sunshine Network will produce and air forty-four (44) Magic games this season. Each telecast will be preceded by a 30-minute pre-game show, Magic Tonight. Sunshine Network is a 24-hour regional sports network that reaches 5.7 million homes throughout the state of Florida.

All cameras are permitted in the TD Waterhouse Centre. Small, personal video cameras are permitted for videotaping pre-game, half-time, and post-game activities. Under no circumstance is the basketball game itself allowed to be video taped. Anyone caught videotaping the basketball game will be asked to remove the camera from the TD Waterhouse Centre. All professional cameras and video equipment (members of the media or free-lance journalists) must be cleared through the Orlando Magic Media Relations Department by calling 407.916.2623.
CHILD TICKET POLICY
For all Orlando Magic home games during the 2004-2005 season, children less than 36" tall do not need to purchase an individual ticket provided the child sits on an adult's lap. However, other events at TD Waterhouse Centre may require children of all ages to have a ticket for entry. Please check in advance by calling 407-849-2020.

LOST TICKETS
The Orlando Magic will be glad to replace Season Ticket Holders’ tickets for one game each season free of charge. If you lose your tickets a second time during the season you will be charged the face value for the replacement tickets. If you find your lost tickets within seven working days after the game you were charged for, you may return the tickets (fully intact) and receive a refund of the replacement cost. Replacement tickets will need to be picked up by the ticket holder. Please be prepared to show identification. The Orlando Magic Ticket office is unable to send replacement tickets via U.S. mail.

PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP FOR CHARITY
The Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation, hosts an Orlando Magic Players Championship for Charity golf tournament to raise funds to be distributed to the Central Florida community non-profit agencies that support the OMYF mission statement through a grant process. RE-ENTRY POLICY
Guests may not re-enter the TD Waterhouse Centre unless they have made arrangements with the Orlando Magic Fan Relations Staff prior to leaving. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Magic and strictly limited to emergencies only.
RESTROOMS (PUBLIC)
Public restrooms are conveniently located behind the red tiled walls in each corner of the TD Waterhouse Centre. All restrooms have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to Guests with disabilities.

SEARCH PROCEDURES
In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required by the TD Waterhouse Centre and the National Basketball Association. The purpose of this search is to prevent Guests from bringing into the arena unauthorized and prohibited items. Guests who refuse to submit to either visual or pat down searches will be refused entry. Security personnel will conduct these searches. The Guest must throw the prohibited item in the trash or return the item to their vehicle. Search sticks may be used to move items around, if necessary. Any items in question should be removed by the Guest.

SHARE THE MAGIC
Season Ticket Holders can donate their unused game tickets to charitable youth organizations and make a difference in the lives of many underprivileged youth in the Central Florida community. Ticket donations are accepted until 2:00 p.m. the day of the game and are tax-deductible. Should you make your donation by telephone, please call 407.89.MAGIC and select “3” for Fan Relations. A representative will re-print your ticket(s) for the seat(s) donated. A new barcode will then be enabled for the donated seat(s). The barcode on the original tickets for the game(s) donated will no longer be valid for entry into the TD Waterhouse Centre. You can also mail tickets prior to the game to “Share the Magic”, 8701 Maitland Summit Blvd., Orlando, Florida 32810. For your convenience, we will mail you a receipt at the end of the month for tax purposes.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted once inside the arena. There are designated, roped off areas in front of the North and South main door entrances.
STOLEN TICKETS
Season Ticket Holders are urged to file a police report with your local law enforcement agency and provide our office with a copy. Once you have completed this initial step, we will provide you with replacement tickets on a month-to-month basis for full season tickets. Should you have less than an entire season stolen, then we will handle each case on an individual basis. For your convenience, the Orlando Magic Ticket Office will have your replacement tickets available for pickup the first business day of each month.
STROLLERS
Strollers are not permitted in the TD Waterhouse Centre.

TAG-A-CHILD PROGRAM
All guests who would like to register their child for the Tag-A-Child program may do so at the Fan Relations Booth located behind Sections 117 and 118 on the outer concourse. The child will receive a wristband with his/her name and seat location. If the child becomes lost, the wristband will give an event staff employee or police officer the necessary information to escort the child back to his/her seat. If a parent is not there, the child will be taken to the Fan Relations Booth.

Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revoking of tickets or ejection.

WILL CALL
For your convenience, we provide two different options for Magic Will Call services. On game days, guests may pick up tickets at Will Call, located on the east side of the TD Waterhouse Centre. Guests will be required to present a valid photo I.D. and may pick up tickets starting 90 minutes prior to an Orlando Magic game. Will Call tickets can also be picked up on non-game days at the Orlando Magic Ticket Office, conveniently located inside the RDV Sportsplex in Maitland.
