Orlando lost for a second time in as many nights after stringing together a three-game winning streak earlier in the week. The Magic impressively beat New Orleans, Brooklyn and the Los Angeles Clippers – all at the Amway Center. But the Magic have since lost to Boston and Atlanta.

Afflalo, who scored a game-high 23 points on Friday, had 21 points and seven assists for the Magic on Saturday. He also made three of six 3-point shots.

Curiously, the Magic got little production out of center Nikola Vucevic. The 7-foot center had 30 points and 21 rebounds in Wednesday’s defeat of the Clippers, but he had just two points over the final three quarters on Friday and had just seven points and six rebounds on Saturday. He missed seven of 10 shots and was unable to get to the rim most of the game.

``He just needs to get a couple of more years under his belt and he’ll continue to get down on that block and garner some respect,’’ Vaughn said of Vucevic. ``He’ll continue to play without talking. That will be his job and he’ll be good at it. … Over time people remember your number. He was a staple for us at the beginning of the game and we went through him to get shots and get them in foul trouble. We got into the bonus and overall I saw some good things from him.’’
