And that’s not something that Oladipo can learn from watching on the bench. That’s why he was on the floor late in Saturday’s game and why he’ll close several more games in the weeks and months ahead. Oladipo stressed that as disastrous as Saturday night was for him that he learned plenty and will be better next time around in that spot.

``It’s all a learning process,’’ he said. ``I learned a lot from last game. It might not seem like that now, but when I’m in that position again I’ll know what to do. I’ll know how to act, what to say and what plays to run. I’m learning day by day and I’ll continue to do that.’’

As for Nelson, he said all the right things about alternating the point guard duties with Oladipo, adding that he will remain a professional and play as hard as he can in the minutes given to him. In 30 minutes a game, Nelson is averaging 12 points, 5.8 assists and 2.8 turnovers. In 25 minutes a night, Oladdipo is averaging 11.7 points, 3.3 assist and 4 turnovers a game.
