Throughout the year, the Orlando Magic receives thousands of requests from schools, non-profit organizations, foundations, community groups and charity events. We make a commitment to reply to each request within a reasonable amount of time; however, we ask that you please consider our guidelines in making your request, as we do adhere to the following policies:
The Orlando Magic Community and Government Relations department limits community donations and player/talent appearance requests to organizations and charitable events in the Central Florida area.
Please be aware that the Orlando Magic is unable to support the following request:
Individual/Personal Requests
PTA or PTO organizations
Political organizations, campaigns, or candidates seeking office
Trips or Tours
Faith Based organizations
Advertising request ( Yearbooks/Charitable Publications)
Discriminatory organizations or organizations with values or philosophies contradictory to those of the Orlando Magic
In addition, please remember that Orlando Magic Dance team members, Stuff the mascot, and the FANbulance are available for appearances at charitable events, schools, or non-profit organizations as schedules permit. While you may submit as many requests as you like, organizations are limited to one (1) autographed item within a twelve-month period.
Eligibility
The Magic provide fundraising resources such as prizes, giveaways, raffle and auction items to help raise funds for non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations in Central Florida each season.
Memorabilia
All requests for autographed memorabilia are limited to auction and/or raffle activities designed to raise funds for non-profit, tax-exempt organizations in Central Florida that have a 501(c)(3) Internal Revenue Service designation. Please do not send any basketball memorabilia through the mail. The department will not be able to get these items signed for you, nor can we guarantee that they will be returned.

Processing Your Request
The Orlando Magic Community Relations department will make every effort to process your request within 2-3 weeks prior to your event. All decisions made by the Orlando Magic Community Relations Department are final.
All requests must be received at least six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled event date and must include the following information:
Following Up
We ask that organizations that receive a donation from the Magic fax or mail a follow-up report specifying the amount raised by our donation and the amount raised through the fundraising event. This report should be submitted to the Community Relations Department at the address below within one (1) month of completion of your fundraising event. This information must be received in order to be eligible for a donation the following calendar year.
