The Magic already had one haunting memory in the 2009 NBA Finals prior to Game 4 when Courtney Lee’s potential game-winning layup at the end of regulation sailed strong off the glass in Game 2 (though some believe goal-tending by Pau Gasol should have been called for swiping at the net). But a far more demoralizing moment would transpire several nights later when Derek Fisher buried a game tying 3-pointer with 4.6 seconds left and then sunk another huge trey with 31.3 ticks left in overtime.
