Cohen’s Analysis: Once hidden because of a surrounding Big Three, Rajon Rondo crawled out of the shadows and became an elite point guard. So elite that when the Celtics pushed the Heat to seven games in the 2012 conference finals, some felt that Rondo was a top three player in the NBA.

These days, it’s a little ambiguous what direction Rondo will take. He is recovering from his ACL injury and there is constant speculation that he could be traded.

It wouldn’t be the first time he was traded, however.
