ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

#1 Victor Oladipo – He has handled his transition to point guard extraordinarily well and his offensive repertoire continues to grow. Oladipo has shown flashes of excellence and if he can become more proficient with his jumper and ascertain enhanced body control, he has a chance to transform into one of the premier guards in the league.

#2 Michael Carter-Williams – Despite missing several games with knee soreness, Carter-Williams continues to dazzle in his first year. His length and quickness is strikingly impressive, his defensive capacities are staggering and his assumed-to-be suspect jump shot is far more advanced than everyone originally thought.

#3 Trey Burke – After his abysmal performance at Summer League and following a three-week absence to start the season, you assumed he was a bust in progress. But Burke has been effective, scoring as many as 30 in a game, and his athletic deficiencies haven’t hindered him as much as expected.
