2011 Orlando Magic Summer Basketball Camps


Join the Orlando Magic for one of the nation’s premier summer basketball camp programs offered right here in Central Florida.

Regardless of your current ability, our expert coaches will help you take your game to the next level. You’ll also experience all the fun and excitement of NBA basketball via various giveaways, contests and special surprises!

For $260, all summer campers will receive:

• 32 hours of expert basketball instruction provided by the National Basketball Academy
• A camp T-shirt, a Magic headband and drawstring bag, and a full-size Magic basketball
• Daily giveaways, prizes and awards
• A Certificate of Achievement and an individual player evaluation filled out by your child’s coach
• Free Gatorade to replenish your child’s thirst
• And a ticket to a Magic home game at the Amway Center!

All camps take place from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m.–1 p.m. on Friday. Camps are offered to boys and girls ages 7-16; all skill levels are welcome.

2011 Orlando Magic Overnight Basketball Camp

Take your camp experience to the next level and join us for one of our most popular programs of the year.

Warner University (13895 Highway 27, Lake Wales, FL 33859)
Tuesday, July 5 – Saturday, July 9, 2011
Ages 9 – 17. All skill levels are welcome.

For $525 ($425 commuter rate), this program includes:
• Five full days of expert in-depth instruction provided by the National Basketball Academy
• Stations, drills, skills contests and live games
• Camp T-Shirt, full-size basketball and Orlando Magic headband to take home
• Certificate of Achievement as well as other prizes and awards
• Individual player evaluation provided by your child’s coach
• Free ticket to an Orlando Magic home game
• Full housing in the university’s dorms (boys and girls are housed separately with a full staff on hand 24 hours a day)
• Three all-you-can eat meals per day

First-Ever All-Girls Summer Basketball Camp

Due to popular demand, this camp is open only to young ladies who wish to showcase their talents and improve their basketball skills alongside other female players.

Orlando Christian Prep (500 South Semoran Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32807)
Monday, July 25 – Friday, July 29, 2011 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. daily.
Ages 10 – 16. All skill levels are welcome.

For $165, this program includes:

2011 Orlando Magic “Mini” Camp

This camp, designed with beginners and youngsters in mind, is perfect for children who are not yet ready or old enough to attend a weeklong session but who still wish to experience all the fun and excitement of an Orlando Magic Basketball Camp!

Saturday, July 23, 2011 from 9 a.m. – Noon
Orlando Magic Practice Court at the RDV Sportsplex (8701 Maitland Summit Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32810)
Ages 4 – 8. All skill levels are welcome.

For $75, this program includes:
• Fun, motivational and expert instruction provided by the National Basketball Academy
• Age-appropriate 8-foot goals and smaller basketballs to accommodate younger players
• Camp T-Shirt, full-size basketball and Orlando Magic headband to take home
• Certificate of Achievement as well as other prizes and awards
• Free ticket to an Orlando Magic home game
