2012-13 True Blue Passport FAQs

What is my True Blue Passport?

Your True Blue Passport is a convenient, flexible option for accessing your Orlando Magic tickets and your season ticket holder benefits. Your True Blue Passport is unique to your season ticket account, and possesses your ticket information. Present your True Blue Passport at the door for entry to Orlando Magic home games, or at the Orlando Magic Team Shop to receive your discount on Magic merchandise!

Will I receive anything at the gate when I present my True Blue Passport for games?

Yes. A guest service representative will swipe your True Blue Passport upon entry to Orlando Magic home games, and will provide you with a small sheet of paper that lists your seat location. These seat locators will be printed for each ticket on your account for that game.

What if I am not using all of my tickets for the game?

When you arrive, a guest service representative will ask how many people are in your party before scanning your card. Respond with the appropriate number of people attending.

NOTE: Tickets print in seat order. If you have seats 1-4 and are only using two (2) seats, one and two will print. If you need seats three and four, it is recommended that you print at home as the representative will not be able to split and print them at the gate.

Can I have multiple cards for my account?

Yes, you may have multiple cards for an account. Multiple cards are to be used for adults only. Please CLICK HERE to complete an online application for an additional card.

Can I forward all of my tickets if my account is not paid in full?

Yes, provided you are signed up for a Magic payment plan, your entire ticket package is available to you online through My True Blue Tix.

If I have an issue with My True Blue Tix account on a game day, who should I call?

For assistance, you may call 407.89.MAGIC (62442) and press “3” to speak with a service representative. If you are unable to reach someone by phone, upon your arrival to the game, please go to the Amway Center Box Office located on the north side (Church St.) of the Amway Center.

What if the person I am meeting at the game does not enter the building with me, can I leave my tickets at will call?

It is preferred that you forward your tickets in advance to anyone meeting you at the game. However, you can enter the building as usual and request the number of tickets for you and your guests. You must then proceed to the indoor box office windows located beneath the east side escalators. Once there, they will take your guest’s information and place the tickets at will call. Ticket reprint fees may apply.

Is there any way to forward more than one game at a time?

Yes, you are able to forward multiple games in one transaction but it can only be done on a monthly basis.

Can I forward/print only some of my tickets and leave the rest on my card?

Yes. Simply check the box next to the seat that you would like to forward or print and continue through the process. All unchecked seats will remain on your True Blue Passport for the game you are managing.

Can I use my True Blue Tix Passport for entry into my designated parking garage or lot?

Not at this time. The current technology that is available in the many parking garages and lots near Amway Center varies. If you have parking that was arranged directly through the Orlando Magic, please utilize your My True Blue Tix account to print, forward, and transfer parking passes.

Season ticket holders with suites, courtside, or loge seating only: Parking hang tags have been sent to you for each game.
