Pre Season Tickets
The Lakers will play 2 preseson games against the Clippers. The Lakers will be the home team on 12/19 and the Clippers will be the home team on 12/21, with both games at STAPLES Center. Tickets will be on-sale during the regular season on-sale on Saturday, December 10th, at 10am and during the regular season presale.
Regular Season Tickets
Tickets for the all Lakers 2011-12 regular season home games will be on-sale to the public at 10am on Saturday, December 10th. Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster or by phone or at a Ticketmaster location. Find more information on Ticketmaster below. Away game tickets can be purchased through the respective home team.

The Box Office is located at the north end of STAPLES Center in Star Plaza. Tickets will be available for pick-up 2 hours prior to the game. In order to pick-up the tickets, you must have the credit card used to make the purchase of the tickets and a photo ID that matches the name on the credit card. To Purchase Tickets:
1) Browse all available tickets for the game/event you'd like to attend.
2) Select "View Listings" to see all available tickets for that particular game.
3) You may sort your listing by "Price," "Seats" or by the number of "Available Tickets".
4) Select the tickets you would like to purchase and proceed through checkout.
Q: Do I have to pay any fees to use this service?
If you buy a ticket on Lakers Ticket Exchange you will pay the displayed price. Ticketmaster and the Lakers will retain approximately 16.67% of that amount and credit the season ticket holder with the other approximately 83.33%. Additionally, you will be charged an authentication and ticketFast™ delivery fee of $1.95 per ticket, which will be retained by Ticketmaster.
Q: How will my tickets be delivered?
You can pick-up your tickets at the STAPLES Center Box Office. The Box Office is located at the north end of STAPLES Center in Star Plaza. Tickets will be available for pick-up 2 hours prior to the game. Q: Can I return my tickets if I change my mind?
All ticket sales are final — no returns, refunds or exchanges. The same applies to all other items.
Q: What happens if the event is rescheduled, postponed or cancelled?
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions or situations affecting the performers, players, other personnel or staff or the audience. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a postponement. This ticket will be good for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled, you will receive your refund via a credit to the credit card you used to purchase the ticket. Please hold on to your ticket and please check this web site to see if any additional instructions are posted.

Will Call is where you can pick-up your tickets purchased through Ticket Exchange. Will call is located at the STAPLES Center Box Office. Q: Why doesn't Ticket Exchange work for international purchases?
Unfortunately, we are unable to open up Ticket Exchangeto international purchases because we cannot verify addresses the same way we can for domestic purchases. In the past we have been subjected to massive fraud and because the transactions are international, we have limited recourse when the fraud occurs. In the meantime, you will need to try to purchase through regular Ticketmaster at Ticketmaster.com.
