What do I do if I lose my tickets for a game?
If your tickets are lost or stolen, call your Customer Service Specialist at 310-426-6031. Only the Season Ticket Holder on the account can request ticket re-prints.

Does my child need a ticket?
Children at the age of 3 or older require a ticket.

What time do doors open?
Doors open 1.5 hours before game time. If you have questions on a game time, call our Season Ticket Department at 310-426-6031.

How can I purchase a parking pass?
Lakers Season Ticket Holders have a chance to purchase pre-paid parking for the full season and playoffs. For more information on parking, i.e. price and availability, contact your Customer Service Specialist at 310-426-6031

How do I log into “My Lakers Account”?
Click here to access your account. You will need your account ID number and a password. If you have never logged in before, and need a password, contact your Customer Service Specialist at 310-426-6031.

Why does the Ticket Exchange close down 3 hours before game time?
Due to the fact that doors open 1.5 hours before game time, tickets on the online account manager cannot be re-sold by e-mail at that time. This is to minimize possible occurrences in which two different parties have access into the arena using the same tickets.

After I sell my tickets on the Ticket Exchange, where does the money go?
When your tickets are re-sold, the money goes onto your Lakers account and can be used towards playoffs and/or your renewal.

How do I put my tickets in will call for someone else?
If you need to put your tickets in will call for another party, you can call your Customer Service Specialist prior to the game to do so. Only the Season Ticket Holder on the account can request ticket re-prints.

What if I need accessible seating for a game?
If accessible seats are necessary on a short term basis (no more than 2 games), you can contact your Customer Service Specialist and they will be happy to help you. Please note that due to limited availability, accessible tickets are on a first come, first serve basis, and only the accessible guest and one companion can be accommodated.

Can I bring a noisemaker and/or posters to the games?
NBA regulations prohibit noisemakers. Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, STAPLES Center welcomes guests bringing small signs, flags, banners, and posters inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:
Item must be related to event
Item may not be attached to a stick/pole
Item may not be larger than 11" x 17" in dimension
Item may not obstruct any sponsors/advertisers signage
Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building
Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by STAPLES Center management
Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that mat obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by STAPLES Center management
Guests are not allowed to hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, etc. to other guests while inside the building, without prior approval from STAPLES Center management.

How do I change my seat location for next year?
One of the many benefits of being a season ticket holder is the ability to attempt to improve your seats every year. An upgrade / relocation process takes place each year. Communication about this process is included in your Season Ticket Renewal Pack sent out to all season tickets holders towards the end of the regular season. You must fill out and submit your Upgrade Request form by the payment deadline to participate.

How can I get a personal message posted on the scoreboard?
Lakers Season Ticket Holders have the opportunity to see their name in lights on the Dash Boards that run around the edges of STAPLES Center. If you would like to have your message posted on the dash boards, click here for dash board information. Please review the guidelines and send in the request form. As a Season Ticket Holder, the $50 fee will be waived if you fax the form to your Season Seat Customer Service Specialist; however, the other message guidelines do apply. How can I gain higher priority with the Los Angeles Lakers?
The day you purchased your Lakers Season Tickets you made your Seniority Date official. This is an important piece of information as it gives you priority over newer accounts when it comes to relocating, adding additional seats and parking. To find out what your seniority date is, call your Customer Service Specialist at 310-426-6031.

When will I get the chance to move my seats?
If you are interested in moving your season tickets to a different location next year or wish to add more season tickets to your account, you need to submit your Upgrade Request form that will be included in your Renewal Pack. How do I purchase additional Single Game Tickets?
If you are a current season ticket holder and you would like to purchase additional tickets to a game, Please call your Customer Service Specialist at (310) 426-6031. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the availability of seats. If we are unable to help, go to Ticket Exchange and buy tickets from other Season Ticket Holders.

If my information changes (phone, address or email) who do I tell?

Communication is the key! If you are the primary account holder and would like to update your account information, click on the form below, complete and sign the form and mail or fax to Lakers Season Ticket Office at the address below.

How do I get my playoff tickets?
As a full season ticket holder you have first priority to purchase the same great seats for the playoffs. Sometime during the regular season you will receive a Playoff packet. If you choose not to purchase your seats for the playoff’s, that will have no effect on your opportunity to renew your season seats for the following season.
