2014 NBA Draft Profile: Jabari Parker

Jabari Parker was voted ACC Freshman of the Year and was a unanimous selection to the All-ACC Freshman Team. He set the Duke freshman record in scoring average (19.1) and became the first freshman to lead the team in both scoring and rebounding (8.7). The Chicago native also earned 10 Rookie of the Week selections, which tied the ACC record first set by Georgia Tech’s Kenny Anderson in 1990 and was matched by North Carolina’s Tyler Hansbrough in 2006.

From ESPN's Chad Ford (Insider):

"Parker might be the most skilled offensive freshman in the country. Blessed with a well-rounded game that allows him to score from anywhere on the floor and a high basketball IQ that helps him pick his spots, Parker projects as one of the few players in this draft who could possibly step into the NBA right away and score 20 points per game. He also has proved to be a good rebounder and has high character and leadership abilities."

*Parker did not participate at the NBA Draft Combine.
