Questions for you:
What are your hobbies?
Sewing/clothing construction, watching movies, choreography.
If you could be a celebrity/athlete/actor/singer, who would it be and why?
I don't think I would want to "be" someone else, but I would love to have Karen O.'s voice from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Unfortunately, I can't hold a tune. But, her voice is perfect to me.
Which famous person would you like to have dinner with? Why?
Fame is not really something that impresses me about someone- it's more so about who someone is as a human being and/or what that person has accomplished. However, if I ever met Harrison Ford, I would be incredibly excited. He's Han Solo, Indiana Jones, Rick Deckard... he really has played some of the best roles of all time.
Describe yourself…..or your personality.
I get along with pretty much everyone. I'm really very mellow. I like to have fun with groups of friends, but I'm usually the one observe and take things in. I love intelligence in a person. Consideration and just being a good person is extremely important to me. I laugh at things that a lot of people don't seem to find funny and I quote movies way too much.
Sum up yourself w/one word.
What are you looking forward to this Lakers season?
Getting to go out into the community and represent my favorite team with some amazing friends!
Why did you decide to audition to be a Laker Girl?
It's been a great experience so far. I've met some great people with whom I share a heightened interest in dance. I've grown a lot both personally and professionally. And, of course, I get to cheer on my favorite team court-side!
Fondest memory as a Laker Girl?
Game 7 versus Boston! I went through such a roller-coaster of emotions. There were so many great highlights of that game. I remember after we won, Magic [Johnson], who was on stage, leaned over to us [Laker Girls] and said, “Congratulations ladies, this championship belongs to you too.” It really struck home for me. We got to be an integral piece of this historical moment and it was so special.
What do you think people like most about you?
I'm a great listener. I'm definitely not the person to look over your shoulder, waiting for a more entertaining discussion to come along. I care about what my friends have to say.
Ranch Dressing! Absolutely disgusting...
If you could play an instrument – which one would it be?
I would love to be able to play the keyboard and/or guitar.
What is your scariest memory?
Getting a flat tire in the middle of Yosemite and having to descend the mountain with no guard rails on a donut.
Embarrassing moment as a Laker Girl?
Sometimes my mind escapes me. It's always funny when I greet someone with, "How are you?", and they reply, "Great, how are you?", and I reply with, "I'm doing well, how are you?"... oh wait... I just asked that!
Your Horoscope Sign?
How many free throws could you hit out of 10 attempts?
Probably only about 3 or 4 sadly, haha... I'll stick to dancing, thanks!
How many three pointers could you hit with 10 attempts?
Maybe less than how many free throws I could hit! I think I have terrible aim.
What was your best team sport growing up?
My best friend Taylor and I played volleyball together in high school. Great memories!
