THE LAKERS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING GROUP TICKET DONATION REQUESTS FOR THE 2007-2008 SEASON. WE WILL REVIEW GROUP TICKET REQUEST FORMS FOR THE 2008-09 SEASON BEGINNING JULY 1, 2008.

The Lakers Youth Foundation has a limited number of tickets designated for group donations throughout the season. We are accepting group ticket requests during the entire season, but due to the volume of requests that we receive, we are only able to donate to an organization once during the regular season.

We are happy to provide tickets to charities that serve fans that might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a Lakers game. Group tickets are to be used by an organization to bring a group out to a game and not for individual incentives or prizes. Transportation and food are not included in the donation.

Selected groups will be notified at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the game for which we have available tickets. Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we are not able to respond to follow up phone calls or correspondence.

If we are unable to donate to your organization this year, you will receive notification in writing in February 2008.

The following materials are REQUIRED to be considered for group ticket donations:

1. The Los Angeles Lakers and Lakers Youth Foundation Group Ticket Request Form
2. Written request on organizations letterhead further outlining the use of the tickets
3. Any other collateral on your organization and mission to support your request
