Thats a Big Matzo Ball

The Guinness record for the world’s largest matzo ball was shattered in New York today when a behemoth ball weighing an astounding 267 pounds, comprised of 1,000 eggs, 80 pounds of margarine, 20 pounds of chicken base and 200 pounds of matzo meal, was unveiled at a New York deli to celebrate an October NBA exhibition game featuring an Israeli national basketball team with the New York Knicks benefiting the world’s largest orphanage Migdal Ohr.
