Stat Of The Game

The Knicks were absolutely on fire from behind the arc, knocking down 16 of 24 buckets from downtown -- a 66.7-percent clip.

Turning Point

The Knicks were up by four entering the second quarter, and the team turned it on from there for a dominating performance to finish the half. Led by the hot hand of Danilo Gallinari (21 points in the first half) and a gritty, energetic performance by Ronny Turiaf, the Knicks outscored the Bulls 36-22 to take a 70-52 lead heading into halftime. Chicago would make numerous runs the rest of the night, but they could never get over the hump as the Knicks came away with the impressive road victory.

Quote Of The Game

"Once you start to see the ball going in from different people it makes it a lot easier for everyone else." -- Mike D'Antoni
