DeBusschere, Brown Headline Front Office Shakeup in '82

(1982) Knicks name Dave DeBusschere general manager and Hubie Brown head coach. DeBusschere replaces Eddie Donovan, who had served as general manager for 12 years. Brown becomes the 11th head coach in franchise history and would amass a record of 142-202 in four-plus seasons.

(1999) Knicks defeat Atlanta 77-70 in Game Two of the Eastern Conference Semifinals to head back to New York with a 2-0 series lead. Latrell Sprewell scores 31 points in the win.
