Amar'e Stoudemire's Back to School Celebration with the Garden of Dreams Foundation
On Monday, September 13, Amar'e Stoudemire joined the Knicks City Dancers, MSG Network's Gus Johnson and children from the Garden of Dreams Foundation for a special back to school celebration and school supply delivery courtesy of WB Mason.
Stoudemire arrived to the Children's Aid Society's Dunlevy Milbank Center aboard a yellow school bus which he exited carrying boxes filled with new school supplies for children from the Center.
Stoudemire talked about the importance of staying in school, answered questions from the youngsters, and distributed over 100 bags of school supplies to the excited children.
The afternoon concluded with a pizza party and basketball games organized by the Knicks Groove Truck.
