Q: What do I do if I lose my tickets to an upcoming Kings game?
A: You may log in to your ClickTix account online to Print tickets or Forward tickets. If you do not have access to your ClickTix account, you may send your Service Executive a written request of which tickets to reprint and a name in which to leave the tickets at Will Call. Please make sure to contact your Service Executive at least four hours prior to the start of the game. You may also bring your STH ID Card and/or Photo ID to the Box Office for a reprint.

Q: I lost something at the game. How can I check if it was found?
A: We have a lost and found at Power Balance Pavilion. Please check in with our Security staff in person or by phone at 916-928-6931.

Q: How do I change my seat location for next season?
A: We are in the process of selecting a date for the Season Ticket Holder relocation event, but stay tuned for additional details by mail.

Q: I’ve seen a number of groups represented on the court before the game, how can my group do something like that?
A: Your season ticket service executive would be happy to discuss the variety of fan experience packages available to our Season Ticket Holders when they purchase group tickets for a game. Contact your season ticket service executive for additional details.

Q: Will there be a pre-sale for all the concerts and events at Power Balance Pavilion?
A: While we make every effort to provide a pre-sale opportunity for our Season Ticket Holders to each event at Power Balance Pavilion, each show is different and we are unable to offer the pre-sale opportunity for some shows. Be sure that your e-mail address on file with us is current because when we are able to provide pre-sale opportunities, you will typically be notified by e-mail the week of the pre-sale.

Q: I’ve left my tickets at home and a co-worker of mine will be attending the game. What can I do to get her the tickets?

Q: How can I place a Birthday Announcement on KingsVision?
A: Birthday and Anniversary announcements are available with a donation to the Maloofs & You Foundation. Please see the Birthday Announcement form for more details.

Q: I’m not able to use my tickets for an upcoming game, can I donate my tickets to someone?
A: Yes. Through the Good Sports Program, you can donate tickets to deserving youths and their chaperones. Simply mail tickets to: Community Service, Power Balance Pavilion, One Sports Parkway, Sacramento, CA 95834, or forward your tickets to alyssak@kings.com. Tickets should be received at least three business days prior to the game.

Q: I have heard a lot about Fan Forums but I have never attended one. What are they and who is invited?
A: A Fan Forum is an exclusive Season Ticket Holder event that gives you an opportunity to voice your opinion and give suggestions on how to improve on your experience as a Season Ticket Holder. Food and beverage are typically provided. Fan Forums are held sporadically throughout the year. Contact your Season Ticket Service Executive to find out the details for our next scheduled Fan Forum. Your Voice Counts!

Q: How do I get my own parking spot?
A: We have three types of parking packages for Season Ticket Holders; super preferred, preferred and pre-paid parking. Super preferred is $20 a game and you are assigned a specific parking spot that you park in every game. Preferred is $15 a game and you are assigned a specific lot that you can park in every game. Pre-paid parking is $10 a game and allows you to park in any lot that is not designated as preferred or super preferred.

Q: Can I exchange my 4 upper level tickets for 2 lower level tickets for a game?
A: We have a no exchange policy.
