Q. Who is the Account Holder of Record for my account?
A. The account holder of record is generally the person or business which makes payment for the season tickets and that person or business is assigned an account in their name. The account holder of record is the only person who may change addresses, request refunds, pick up tickets, or obtain account balance information for the account.
Q. How can I change the name on my account?
A. The Sacramento Kings will not accept transfers of the account holder of record for season tickets. In fairness, this no-transfer policy will enable us to offer seat improvements to existing Season Ticket Holders.
Q. How can I change my address?
A. For the protection of our Season Ticket Holders, we will only accept written notification of a change of address, submitted directly from the Account Holder of Record. Please also include any changes to telephone/fax numbers or e-mail addresses. You may submit address changes three different ways:
1. e-mail: tickets@arcoarena.com
2. Fax: (916) 928-6936
3. Mail: Maloof Sports & Entertainment
Attn: Ticket Services
One Sports Parkway
Sacramento, CA 95834
Q. Are there any benefits for people sharing my Season Tickets?
A. Kings Share Partners are eligible to receive a free Fanfare magazine. The Account Holder of Record needs to submit the address, phone and or e-mail of their Share Partner/s for them to receive the magazine. This information can be submitted either directly to your Account Representative or via one of the methods above.
Q. What if I lose my tickets?
A. Season ticket holders of record who forget, misplace or lose their tickets will be charged the full face value of the ticket(s). Arrangements should be made through the Box Office and can be made only by the account holder of record. A refund will be granted through the Box Office upon receipt of the original unused ticket(s) and duplicate ticket stub(s).
Q. What if my tickets are stolen?
A. In the event your season tickets are stolen, duplicate seating vouchers will be issued at no charge only if a police report can be provided to the Box Office. Arrangements must be made by the account holder of record. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.
Q. How can I buy individual game tickets?
A. To order tickets from TicketMaster, call (916) 649-TIXS in Sacramento, (209) 551-TIXS in Stockton or (530) 528-TIXS if you live north of Sacramento. You can also call 1-800-4NBA TIXS. Tickets can also be purchased online at ticketmaster.com.
Q. Do the Kings provide any type of forum for feedback?
A. Fan Forums are comprised of a small group of people who are selected from our Season Ticket Holders. The purpose of these forums is to provide a voice for the fans, and they are held as monthly luncheons at ARCO Arena. A wide range of subjects or concerns related to the Sacramento Kings are discussed. For more information please contact our Ticket Services department at (916) 928-3650.
