Can I bring food or beverages into the arena?
Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages of any kind, including bottled water, into ARCO Arena. Any exceptions for medical needs may be approved by contacting the director of security at (916) 928-3658 at least 24 hours in advance. Restaurants and concession stands located throughout the building sell various types of food, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. California law prohibits the sale of alcohol to all persons under the age of 21. Guests may be required to show proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

What do I do if I have special food requirements because of a medical condition?
If you have special dietary requirements and have questions about food at the arena or are part of a catering event and require a special menu item, contact the food and beverage department at (916) 928-8169 for more information or special arrangements.

Does my child need a ticket?
Children under two years old do not need a ticket provided they sit on an adult's lap throughout the game.

How do I get tickets for a large group?
Contact the group sales department at (916) 928-3650 or by e-mail at tickets@arcoarena.com. Because of seating limitations, not all groups can be accommodated at ARCO Arena events.
