2013-14 Partial Plans

Q: What is a Select-a-Seat event?

A: This event is your opportunity to test out and select your brand new seats for the 2013-14 seasons. The best available locations are tagged and can be selected based on your deposit priority.

Q: What packages will be available at the Partial Plan Select-a-Seat event?

A: Fans will be able to choose from best available seats in four 10-game quarter-season plans, two 21-game half-season plans, or upgrade to a full-season location at the event.

Q: What do I do now once I get there?

A: After checking in you will head to a quick briefing where a Kings representative will give an overview of the event and fill you in on all of the pertinent details to be aware of for the night.

Q: How much will be due when I select my plan and my seat(s)?

A: Payment options will be determined based on the plan you select. Half-season will require a minimum of a 50% payment at the event while all quarter season packages must be paid in full at the event.

Q: Where can I find partial plan pricing?

A: Pricing for all plans and locations have not yet been released, but will be available on Kings.com prior to the Select-a-Seat event.

Q: What happens to my deposit?

A: Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the plan that you select.

Q: Is my deposit refundable?

A: All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and must be applied toward a quarter, half, or full season ticket.

Q: What is a payment plan?

A: A payment plan provides you the option to spread the total cost of a half or full season ticket out through reoccurring monthly payments.

Q: What payment plans are available at the Partial Plan Select-a-Seat?

A: A two payment plan will be available for half-seasons only. For buyers that choose to upgrade to a full season ticket, there will be a 4 month payment plan available requiring only 25% down at the Select-a-Seat event.

Q: What if I don't have a credit card?

A: You may pay using cash or check, but must pay-in-full at the event.

Q: I indicated a seat preference with my deposit, will it be the only location I can choose from?

A: Specific seat location is not guaranteed with a deposit. However, you will have the opportunity to choose from the best available partial plan locations at the time of your Kings Select-A-Seat appointment.

Q: What if I find the seat I want and someone else is already looking at it for purchase?

A: If multiple deposit holders wish to purchase the same seat(s) for the same plan, right to purchase will be determined by who is holding the lowest priority number.

Q: What if the seating area/price level I want sells out and I don't want to sit anywhere else?

A: Your deposits will remain on your account and establish you at the top of the waiting list for that that seating area.

Q: After completing my partial plan purchase will I have priority for seats in a new arena?

A: No, the only way to lock in priority for the new arena is by purchasing full season tickets through a Cap City Kingdom Membership.
