SACRAMENTO, CALIF., Feb. 7, 2012 -- The Sacramento Kings announced today that less than 1,500 tickets remain for this week’s “Black Thursday” game vs. Oklahoma City at Power Balance Pavilion. The contest features a return of the team’s alternate black jersey, complimentary black rally towels and purple glow sticks for fans in attendance and a chance for Kings faithful to demonstrate in front of a national TV audience that Sacramento boasts the most passionate fans in the NBA.

In spirit of the festivities surrounding “Black Thursday,” the team is strongly encouraging fans to attend the game wearing black.

The best way for fans to score tickets is by calling 888-91-KINGS and inquiring about the hot-selling, four-game "Black is Back Pack,” brought to you by Pizza Guys, featuring a ticket to the “Black Thursday” game plus matchups against the Dallas Mavericks on March 9, Boston Celtics on March 16 and the regular season finale versus the L.A. Lakers on April 26. In addition to big savings over individual tickets, each “Black is Back Pack” includes four limited-edition, collectable T-shirts, one for each game offered in the deal. Fans can also lock-in a “Black is Back Pack” by clicking here.

A limited number of individual tickets to the “Black Thursday” contest also remain available, but inventory is in short supply and expected to sell quickly.

Additionally, fewer than 2,000 tickets remain for Saturday’s game against two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash and the Phoenix Suns, marking the last Kings home contest until Feb. 28 when Sacramento takes on Utah following an 11-day east coast road trip.

To secure tickets to any of these exciting games, fans should call 888-91-KINGS, go to Kings.com/tickets or visit the Power Balance Pavilion Box Office today.
