KINGS 'BLACKOUT' HOME OPENER TONIGHT AT SLEEP TRAIN ARENA NEARS SELLOUT

--Limited number of Standing Room Only tickets to be released at noon--

SACRAMENTO, CALIF., Nov. 5, 2012 --– The Sacramento Kings today announced the team is nearing its fourth consecutive Home Opener sellout, as a very limited number of seats remain for tonight’s game against the Golden State Warriors.

Only a short supply of unused league-required ticket holds remain, so fans looking to join the festivities are encouraged to visit Kings.com/tickets or call 888-91-KINGS immediately.

In addition to a variety of fan giveaways (“Blackout” T-shirt, Opening Night pin and LED Thunderswords), tonight’s contest will include the most elaborate player introductions in franchise history. Anyone attending the game should plan to be in their seats no later than 6:50 p.m. to witness the “Blackout” fanfare.

Fresh off a successful run to the finals on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” showcase, world-renowned artist and Kings Season Ticket Holder David Garibaldi will perform at halftime. Garibaldi achieved national acclaim long before his appearance on AGT, known internationally for a genius use of color transformed in minutes by an entertaining, eclectic style exhibited for audiences from Sacramento to Barcelona.

Sacramento defeated the L.A. Lakers in thrilling fashion before a sold-out crowd in last year’s season opener, the first of two exciting wins by the team when wearing its alternate black jersey.
