Assist Local Foster Children at Kings-Spurs Game

--All donations benefit Sleep Train Mattress Center’s Foster Kids Program--

SACRAMENTO, CALIF., Feb. 18, 2013 – The Sacramento Kings have partnered with Sleep Train Mattress Centers to assist local foster children by collecting new pajamas at tomorrow's Kings game against the San Antonio Spurs.

For nearly 60,000 California foster children, nights can feel long and lonely when they’re separated from familiar faces and places. Simple comforts most individuals take for granted, such as a pair of warm pajamas can make life more comfortable.

To help, the Kings and Sleep Train are collecting pajamas for foster children big and small. Fans are encouraged to bring a donation of new pajamas to the arena tomorrow before Sacramento takes on San Antonio at 7 p.m.

The first 100 fans to contribute a new pair of PJs (or make a cash donation of $20 or more) will receive a pair of tickets to a future Kings game.
