(2) Sweepstakes open to individuals residing within 75 miles of ARCO Arena, Sacramento, California, between 5 and 16 years of age, except immediate families (siblings and children) of Raley's and Bel Air, The Sacramento Kings, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents. Winner must provide parent/legal guardian consent to redeem prize. (3) Contest begins November 17, 2004. To enter, mail completed entry form to: “Raley’s Royal Court Kid”, One Sports Parkway, Sacramento, CA 95834. Entries must be received by April 1, 2004. One entry per person per envelope and all entries must be handwritten and original (no duplicated entries). One winner will be chosen from all entries received at selection time for each Sacramento Kings regular season home game beginning December 3, 2004 and will be notified one week prior to each game via telephone and/or mail. In the event the winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize, alternate winners will be selected. (4) The prize will consist of an invitation for each winner and three guests to attend a Sacramento Kings game, receive a tour of ARCO Arena, and meet the Kings Mascot. The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. (5) Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the game, unless otherwise indicated.
