More on Lisa:
Dance experience:
My whole life has revolved around dancing. Since the age of three, I have performed in too many shows and competitions to keep count. I have been lucky enough to travel to places like Las Vegas, New York, Hawaii, L.A., Arizona and even Australia! I was a Sweetheart for I Love Dance for five years, which was the main reason why I had the chance to travel to so many places. Throughout my college years, I was a member of Hype’s college jazz and hip-hop team, and I was a member of Expressions, also known as the Chico State Dance Team.
One thing people do not know about you:
Most people don’t know that when I am talking with them, I am usually looking at their mouth because I have a huge fetish with nice teeth.
Is this your full-time job:
I wish this was my full time job! I’m also a waitress.
Career goal: I: I would love to open my own dance studio one day and be able to pass my love of dance on to others. I also majored in business administration with an emphasis in HR from CSU, Chico. I would love to work for a successful company, primarily as an HR representative.

What are your favorite pastimes?
My favorite pastime would be spending time with my Chihuahua, Nacho. She is so tiny but has such a big heart. Every time I come home, my little buddy is waiting for me and is so happy to see me!
Favorite TV show: It is a toss up between Everybody Loves Raymond and King of Queens. I love shows that make me laugh or remind me of my life.
Favorite season: My favorite season would have to be summer! I am a huge fan of going out on the boat, wakeboarding and kicking back while enjoying the sun.
Favorite color: I love anything pink!
Favorite city in the world:
Although I haven’t been there yet, my favorite city in the world is Paris. I would love to go one day! Paris seems like such an amazingly beautiful place!
Favorite song:
I don’t really have a favorite song. I love any music that can make me bust a move!
The people you cannot live without:
I cannot live without my amazing family. My family is so supportive and loving, not to mention hilarious. They mean the world to me and I enjoy spending the majority of my time with them!
Dancer on the team who knows you best:
Katie. We both attended CSU, Chico and danced on a couple of teams together throughout college.
Favorite Kings Community appearance:
This is my first year, so I haven’t had the chance to experience this yet, but I am looking forward to it!
Favorite SKDT Dance Routine:
So far, it would have to be Get Freaky!
One thing people do not know about the SKDT:
People see us perform and we make it seem so easy, but most people don’t realize how hard we work. We put so many hours into what we do, but you won’t hear us complain because it is what we love to do!
Favorite pregame ritual:
I have not yet had the chance to develop any pregame rituals, but I am looking forward to it!
If you were stranded on a desert island with no chance of rescue, and could only have ONE item with you, what would it be and why?
I would definitely have a picture of my family with me, because I could always look at it and remember them.
Favorite comedy of all time?
I would have to say my favorite comedy of all time is “Wedding Crashers!” I laughed so much I cried. I could watch it a million times and still think it was hilarious!
Favorite love story of all time?
Shrek and Fiona from the movie “Shrek!”
Chris Richardson or Blake Lewis?
I had a little crush on Chris Richardson when he was on American Idol… he is so talented, not to mention adorable!
Matthew McConaughey or Brad Pitt?
This isn’t a hard question at all. Matthew McConaughey for sure! I love the guy… in fact, I would marry the guy. Too bad he doesn’t even know I exist.
Fergie or Nelly Furtado?
Nelly Furtado!
If you could trade lives with someone (alive) for one week, who would it be?
Mia Michaels from “So You Think You Can Dance!” She is such an incredible choreographer!
Would you rather have the ability to fly or be able to read minds?
I would rather have the ability to fly. I am not a huge fan of driving, so being able to fly would enable me to avoid stop lights and traffic! Wouldn’t that be amazing? The first place I would go if I could fly would be France!
What are you looking forward to during the 2007-08 Kings season?
I am looking forward to everything! I can’t wait to perform in front of thousands of cheering fans! I am excited for photo shoots, traveling and appearances. I’m eager to get to know the girls on the team better and learn from them. Most of all, I am just thrilled to have this amazing opportunity and to be a part of the Kings family!
