More on Candace:

Dance experience: Sierra Dance Academy, Thurston Cabaret, ZAAP Dance Co., Cabaret Allumge, Portland Dance Project, Thurston Cadets Dance Coach, Rocklin Dance Center, Lincoln Dance Center.

One thing people do not know about you: I am a huge movie buff and I will randomly quote movies, but people won’t get it (Especially quotes from “Dumb and Dumber”). They think I'm really random, which I will admit, I am!

Is this your full-time job: Mentally and physically, YES! However, I work part-time at a bath and body shop, teach at a dance studio, work as a promotional model for a nutrition company and do some part-time modeling.

Career goal: I would love to pursue my goals of competing in fitness competitions and see where my hard work and discipline takes me. Maybe one day I'll grace the cover of Oxygen Magazine! Eventually, I would like to open my own dance studio, settle down, and share my passion of dance with aspiring youth and adults. You're never too old to dance!

Favorite TV show: “So You Think you Can Dance,” “The Hills,” “That 70s Show,” “King of Queens”… anything funny!

Favorite quote: “Life is a journey of a thousand steps, but all you have to do is take it one step at a time.”

Hidden Talent: I make funny voices and can cry like a newborn baby. I'm also really creative and love scrapbooking and making things original.

Favorite season: Winter! I LOVE bundling up in warm clothes and cuddling up on the couch with a blanket and hot cocoa! I love to ski and make snow angels and goof around in the snow, just don't eat the yellow snow, haha!

Favorite color: The color of a clear blue sky on a sunny day. I love sky blue!

Favorite city in the world: So far it is Paris, France. However, I want to continue to travel the world and discover more of my favorite cities with a travel buddy!

Favorite song: Anything by Journey. I'm going through a journey of my own right now.

Thing you cannot live without: I wouldn't call it a thing... but my family! I couldn't live a day without them!

Dancer on the team who knows you best: Jeannie and Jenn.

Favorite Kings community appearance: Every year I look forward to going to the Shriners Children’s Hospital during the holidays. Ever since my first year on the team, I had a very special and unforgettable experience with being around the children there. So, I really look forward to visiting the children, and putting a smile on their faces. There isn't a moment that can be more priceless than that. I love kids!

Favorite SKDT Dance Routine: That's always a tough question. I always find passion in every routine we perform. We have some amazing technical routines this year, so I haven't found a particular one to be my favorite just yet. But, if you keep an eye out and see me smiling REALLY big, then it just may be my favorite.

Favorite SKDT costume: I love our new purple dresses we just had made for our photo shoot. They are absolutely gorgeous!

One thing people do not know about the SKDT: We are the craziest, goofiest, most rambunctious group of ladies you'll ever come across! We have so many inside jokes and funny voices. However, we are very professional and work very, VERY hard during every rehearsal and every game because we're all here for the same purpose and passion.

Favorite matchup: I love a good rivalry game... either against the Warriors or L.A. Lakers. I love hearing ARCO chant "Beat LA!" in the fourth quarter, it gives me the chills! Do you know what that ARCO Thunder sounds like? I can't wait to hear it!

Favorite thing about Kings fans: I love the enthusiasm and excitement they bring every game day. With every game, they're very supportive, loyal and optimistic. Even having the opportunity to meet them outside the arena is always a good time. I've met some very special fans and have had some great conversations. The 6th Man (Kings fans) will always have a special place in my heart.

Favorite thing to eat at Carl's Jr.?: If I wasn't training, I’d love a Bacon and Cheese Six Dollar Burger, CrissCut Fries, and an Oreo Shake! Mmmmm!

What are you looking forward to during the 2008-09 Kings season?: I'm so excited to be coming back as a fifth year veteran! There have been so many positive changes so far and we have an amazing team with extraordinary talent.. I am so thankful to be apart of this team doing what I truly love! We have the most amazing fans in the NBA and I am honored to be apart of this team this year!
