Preview: Kings (6-11) at Warriors (17-0)

The Kings returned home following a five-game road trip and struggled to find an offensive rhythm against an up-and-coming Timberwolves team on Friday night in Sacramento.

With Rudy Gay and some of the starters struggling to find buckets, the bench play of Marco Belinelli and Omri Casspi was a definite bright spot. Belinelli and Casspi combined to score 32 of the bench's 45 points.

Sacramento was without All-Star big man DeMarcus Cousins, who missed his seventh game of the season - Friday's game being a lower back strain. The squad is now 1-6 without Boogie.

Meanwhile, Golden State is looking to continue to write history. Earlier this week the Warriors eclipsed the NBA record for consecutive wins to begin a season with 16. They are coming off a big road victory in Phoenix on Friday night in which NBA MVP Stephen Curry tallied 41 points.

  • Rudy Gay had one of the tougher nights of his career, going 1-for-13 from the field against Minnesota.
  • Warriors forward Harrison Barnes left Friday's game against the Suns with a sprained ankle.
  • The Kings are seeking their first win in Oakland since the 2012-13 season.
