All doors open 1 hour prior to tip-off.
Guest Services Courtesy Desk
The Guest Services Courtesy Desk is located behind Section 122 on the concourse level. A Sleep Train Arena representative will be available at the Guest Service Courtesy Desk during all games and arena events to assist you with any question or problem you may encounter while in attendance.
Box Office
The Box Office opens 2 hours prior to tip-off and closes at halftime for all Kings home games.
Additionally, the Box Office is open during the following:
Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - *6 p.m.
Saturdays 10 a.m. - *4 p.m.

Will Call
Will Call opens 2 hours prior to event start time – Photo ID is required for all will call pickups.
Lost and Found
During events, the lost and found is located at the Courtesy Desk behind section 122. After an event, unclaimed items will be held at the Security Desk.
Team Store
The Team Store is open for all Kings home games.
Additionally the Team Store is open during the following:
Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - *6 p.m.
Saturdays 10 a.m. - *4 p.m.

Security Guidelines
The Sacramento Kings care about the safety of every guest and we ask that all guests adhere to the security guidelines below:
Beverages & Food
Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or beverages into Sleep Train Arena.
Smoking
Sleep Train Arena is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in the building. The designated smoking areas are located at the Southwest and Northwest entrances.
Cameras & Recorders
Professional camera equipment and/or audio/video recorders may not be brought into the Arena without the express written consent of the Sacramento Kings.
Good Sports Program
If you find yourself unable to use your tickets to an upcoming game, please offer them to someone who can! Through the Good Sports Program, you can donate your tickets for use by deserving youths and their chaperones. Simply mail tickets to: Community Service, Sleep Train Arena, One Sports Parkway, Sacramento, CA 95834. Tickets need to be received at least 3 days in advance of the game.
Disability Access
Sleep Train Arena and the Sacramento Kings are committed to accommodating the needs of all guests with disabilities. Our staff is happy to assist you or your guest upon arrival or prior to an event. To make arrangements, please call (916) 928-6900.
Restrooms: Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located throughout the arena on the concourse level. All restrooms are clearly marked.
Handicapped Accessible Parking: To locate accessibly parking, please park in Parking Lot H. Please enter through Toll Plaza 5. For your convenience, you may also drop patrons off in front of the Box Office.
Concession Stand Accessibility: Each of the four main concession stands located on the concourse level feature an area to accommodate wheelchairs. These areas are located to the far right of each concession stand.
Hearing/Visual Assistance: The services of Sign Language Interpreters can be arranged by calling the Sleep Train Arena Box Office at (916) 928-6900. Please notify the Sleep Train Arena Box Office seven (7) days in advance of the event you are attending.
Arena Seating: Special seating is also available for visually impaired guests. Please contact the Sleep Train Arena Box Office for assistance at (916) 473-4029.
