Jr. Warriors: The Junior Warriors Basketball League, sponsored by Gatorade, is entering it's fifth season. Through partnerships with numerous youth agencies, the Warriors are providing exciting components to enhance and expand existing basketball leagues in communities throughout the Bay Area. The Junior Warriors Basketball League is a proud member of the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA.
Warriors read to achieve: The Warriors hosted approximately 50 youth from Think College Now for a “Read to Achieve” Reading Time Out at the Warriors Practice Facility. As part of the NBA’s Read to Achieve Week, the Reading Time Out included player read alouds, interactive activities, a Thunder dunk show and several other exciting literacy activities.
