The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA supports winter basketball leagues. The start and end dates of the basketball season are member league specific. It’s easy to be a part of the action! Simply use the league finder located at the top of this webpage to locate a member league near you. Use the pull-down menu to locate your state and find a league in your city or town, or a city or town nearby. After you find a league contact the administrator directly to inquire about registration and other league specific questions. If you do not find a member league near you, contact your local youth basketball administrator and encourage them to apply for Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA league membership. Only league administrators can apply for league membership.

You can find a member league near you by using our leaguefinder located at the top of this webpage. The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA program and materials are designed for kids age 5-14.

What do you get as a Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA member?
If you are a player, parent, coach or official in a Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA member league you will receive various instructional support materials. Players will receive help on improving their fundamental skills and tips on being a good teammate and leader. Players will also receive participation certificates at the end of their season. Coaches and officials will have the opportunity to attain various instructional materials and attend interactive clinics to learn the basics on teaching and refereeing the game of basketball. Parents will receive tips and instructional information about how to be supportive as a parent of a child who is involved with youth basketball.
