1. What was your most memorable moment while in New Orleans?
My most memorable moment while in New Orleans was when I was introduced at All-Star Saturday Night. Being able to go through the tunnel and have the NBA players waiting for us was a breathtaking experience. Also, playing in the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA All Star Game was fun too.
2. Who was the most famous person you saw?
The most famous person I saw was Dwayne Wade.
3. What was your favorite item you received?
The favorite item I received was the Trophy that we earned as a team.
4. Who accompanied you in New Orleans?
My father, mother, sister, grandmother and grandfather accompanied me to New Orleans.
5. What were the two favorite things you did in New Orleans?
My two favorite things I did was the skills challenge and going to the All-Star Saturday Night with my new friends.
6. Who had the best dunk at the dunk Contest?
I think Dwight Howard from the Orlando Magic with his Superman cape had the best dunk. Nothing could top him that night.
7. What memories will you take away from the game on Sunday morning?
I will take away being coached by NBA Hall of Famer Bill Walton Olympian Jennifer Azzi. I will also take away the feeling of coming together as a team.
8. What did you learn from your coaches, Bill Walton and Jennifer Azzi?
I learned from my coach Bill Walton and Jennifer Azzi to always be ready and focused. Hard work and defense will win the game.
9. What did you learn from Bob Lanier?
I learned from Bob Lanier how important it is to focus on education first and basketball second. No matter what you are doing always do your best and give 110%.
10. What was it like being introduced on front of the sold-out crowd at New Orleans Arena during All-Star Saturday night?
Being introduced in front of the sold-out crowd was such an adrenaline rush. I was very nervous. I felt like a true STAR!
