2. Drawing: On or about May 26, 2008, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Entrants need not be present to win. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

3. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize to consist of roundtrip air travel on Southwest Airlines from closest major airport to winner’s residence served by Southwest Airlines on published scheduled service (subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply) for winner and guest to a National Basketball Association (the “NBA”) Finals city; one (1) night double occupancy hotel accommodations for winner and guest; NBA Finals Game tickets for winner and guest; one Officially licensed NBA jersey autographed by an NBA player. Other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, ground transportation to and from the airport, parking fees, food, beverages, gratuities, personal purchases, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Approximate Retail Value “ARV” of Grand Prize is $1,750. If Grand Prize winner is a current Southwest Airlines’ Rapid Rewards member as of the drawing, the winner and a guest will also receive a Bonus Package consisting of the opportunity to meet an NBA Player or Legend at the Finals game. Entrant must have a current, valid Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards account number at time of drawing in order to be awarded Bonus Package. If the Grand Prize winner is not a Rapid Rewards member at time of drawing, winner will receive Grand Prize less the Bonus Package. There is no value to the bonus package.

Four (4) Second Place prizes to consist of two (2) Southwest Airlines roundtrip tickets to anywhere in the continental United States on published scheduled service provided by Southwest Airlines (subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply). ARV of each Second Place prize is $800.00. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner and travel companion must travel on dates specified by Sponsor. Exact dates are at the discretion of Sponsor. All persons must depart and return to same airport. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, 21 years and older as of April 24, 2008. Employees of Southwest Airlines Co., its advertising and promotions agencies, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures LLC, The NBA and its member teams (the “NBA Entities”), and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. Entrants must have Internet access as of April 24, 2008. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of the Sponsor as final. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not located in the United States.

To Claim Prize: Winner only will be notified by phone and/or email and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within seven (7) days after prize notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter is returned undeliverable, or if the prize is not claimed, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Each Grand Prize winner’s guest, or if minor(s) their parent(s)/legal guardian(s), must execute Liability Releases, and where legal, Publicity Releases prior to the issuance of travel documents. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability: Neither Sponsor, the NBA Entities, nor their affiliated entities, are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes related materials; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on prize and for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in prize description. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

This sweepstakes offer is being made exclusively by Sponsor. The NBA Entities and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any loss, injury or harm arising in connection with their participation in this sweepstakes or any prize awarded. The NBA Entities has not offered or sponsored this sweepstakes in any way.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections or fraud; incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission whether caused by Sponsor, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submissions which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this promotion.

Winner recipient assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize/offer.

By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Southwest Airlines Co., the NBA Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents against any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of (i) entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes, (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes/offers awarded herein.
