Edit Your Profile - This feature makes it easier than ever to keep your account info updated.
Make Payments - View statements, make payments, even renew your subscriptions from home or office.

You should have received your unique Account ID and Password by letter along with additional information on My Jazz Account. You can use this information to log in to your My Jazz Account. Then, simply choose the link you’re interested in or select “Get Started” to begin forwarding tickets, posting tickets for sale and more.

My Jazz Account by Ticketmaster is your one-stop shop for all online account management. Now you can make deposits and payments, renew your season ticket package, track ticket usage and update your profile, all from your own personal online account. As a premium ticket holder, you will also receive special ticket offers that can be claimed online.

To get even more out of your investment, you can also email your season tickets to friends via Ticket Forwarding or sell them online when you can’t attend a game. Your season tickets never have to go unused again.

Follow these easy steps to email your tickets to friends.

Step 1: Select the tickets you wish to forward. You can forward more than one ticket at a time per game, but only to a single recipient.

Step 2: Enter the recipient's first and last name, email address and any special message you'd like to send with your tickets.

Step 3: Submit your billing information. The charge for forwarding tickets is $1.95 per ticket—a cost-effective alternative to overnight delivery or courier services. This season, forwarding is FREE — courtesy of the Jazz!

Step 4: You'll be asked to verify your order before completing the transaction. Once forwarded, the barcode on your original season ticket will be cancelled and a new one delivered to the recipient via email. You'll receive an email confirmation for your records.

Season ticket holders can easily post tickets for sale through Jazz TicketExchange, our secure online exchange service.

Step 1: Once you've selected the tickets you wish to sell, enter the selling price and expiration date of the listing.

Step 2: Verify that the information is correct, then select “Post Tickets For Sale”. Your listing will be immediately posted to Jazz TicketExchange.

Step 3: You'll be notified via email of your listing status throughout the sale. These notifications include a posting confirmation email, an email if your tickets are purchased, a reminder email 24 hours prior to expiration date, and an email if the listing expires.

Step 4: Once a ticket is purchased, the barcode on the original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is delivered via email to the buyer. Once the transaction has occurred, your season account will be credited immediately.
