How do I get my Playoff Tickets?
Simply renew your 2008-09 Utah Jazz Season Ticket account by March 28, 2008 and
you will receive your Playoff Tickets at the discounted Season Ticket Holder price.
Please note that Playoff Tickets are an additional cost to your Season Tickets, which will
be billed at the end of the Jazz Playoff run.
*When purchasing online, a Utah Jazz representative will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your Playoff Ticket options.

How can I upgrade, relocate or add seats to
my account?
Upgrades,
relocation and additional seats are based on availability. The upgrade event will be held
in May / June 2008. Priority based on longevity of accounts. |

Where can I go to review my Season Ticket
account information?
Visit us at utahjazz.com and click on “myJAZZ Account”. You will need your account
number and password. Please contact the Fan Relations Office at 801-325-7777 or myinsider@utahjazz.com for assistance. |

What are my payment options?
You have three convenient payment options:
1. PAY IN FULL
Pay the entire amount in full.
2. MONTHLY
Pay 5 equal and interest-free monthly installments (March 28, April 25, May 30, July 18,
August 15)
3. 50/50
Pay 50% up front and pay the remaining 50% by August 15, 2008 |

How Do I Receive my TicketExchange credit?
Iif you use TicketExchange next season to successfully resell your Season Tickets to
a game(s), the credit you’ve built will be applied to purchase your seats for the 2009 Playoffs your 2009-10 Season Tickets.
