WILL MY SEATS BE THE SAME NEXT SEASON?
Yes, all Season Ticket renewals are for the same seats as this season, but you must renew by March 31, 2009.
HOW CAN I UPGRADE, RELOCATE OR ADD SEATS TO MY ACCOUNT?
You must renew your account by the renewal deadline of March 31, 2009. Upgrades, relocation and additional seats are based on availability. The upgrade event will be held in May / June 2009. Priority based on longevity of accounts.
Where can I go to review my Season Ticket account information?
Visit your “My JAZZ Account”. You will need your account ID and password, which are printed on your invoice. If you have questions concerning your invoice, please contact the Fan Relations Office at 801-325-7777.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You have three convenient payment options. Please select one of the following payment options by March 31, 2009.

1. PAY IN FULL - Your renewal will receive a 2% discount if paid in full by March 31, 2009
2. MONTHLY - Pay 5 equal monthly installments (March 31, April 30, June 1, July 17, August 17)
3. 50/50 - Pay 50 % by March 31, 2009 and pay the remaining 50% by August 17, 2009

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKET EXCHANGE CREDIT?
This season, if you used Ticket Exchange to successfully resell your tickets to a game(s), the credit you’ve built will be applied on April 1, 2009 to offset the cost of your 2009 Season Ticket renewal. If you do not elect to purchase your seats for the 2009-10 Season, the credit will be used to offset your 2009 Playoff Ticket payment made on or after May 1, 2009. Any
remaining credit will be applied to your 2009-10 Season Ticket payments until the credit is completely used.

(As a reminder, according to the Ticket Exchange User Agreement, Ticket Exchange credit will only be applied as specifi cally stated above. For non-renewal accounts, the credit can only be used to offset the cost of your 2009 Playoff Tickets.)
