Dear Season Ticket Holder,

In the next few days, you will be receiving a letter that will include your tickets to the first pre-season Jazz game.  This game is scheduled for October 9th. 

We are mailing you these tickets because the company that prints our season ticket books is currently in a labor dispute.  This company has been forced to cancel the printing of all season tickets for NBA teams.  Because of this, a new vendor has been secured to complete the project and is in the process of doing so now.  Your complete season ticket books are scheduled to be delivered to you sometime in mid-November.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the meantime, we have a plan in place for distributing tickets to the second pre-season game on October 23rd and the first six regular season games through November 19th.  It is very important that you contact us with your choice in order for us to make sure you have tickets to all home games. 

You must select one of the options presented below. Please contact us with your selection no later than October 8, 2008.

Utah Jazz Season Ticket Holder Ticket Distribution Options

Option #1: Print at home or email tickets.

1. For the second pre-season game on October 23rd and the first six regular season games through November 19th, this option allows you to print your tickets, email them to yourself or your share partners, by using “My Jazz Account Manager.” (instructions for using “My Jazz Account Manager are printed below)
2. Choosing this option automatically enters you into a drawing for one of the three following prizes.

• Everyone who chooses option #1 will automatically receive four free vouchers to a 2009 Salt Lake Bees game**
• * Flight(s) must be booked no later than 12/31/2009. Travel must occur no later than 12/31/2010.
• ** Bees blackout game dates are July 4 and July 24.

If you choose Option #1, you agree to print or email games 2-8 (October 23-November 19) at home and will be entered into the drawing. To be entered into the drawing, please email us at win@utahjazz.com no later than October 8, 2008 with the following information:

• First/Last name
• Mailing address City/state/zip
• Phone Number (day and evening)

Option #2: Tickets printed and mailed to you by the Utah Jazz.

The Utah Jazz will print and mail you your tickets to the second pre-season game on October 23rd and the first six regular season games through November 19th. Tickets will be printed on generic arena ticket stock and mailed to the address provided on your account.  Please call or email your Account Rep by October 8th.  Once we hear from you, we will print and mail your tickets.

By choosing Option #2, you will not be entered into the above mentioned drawing.

Additional Information
All season ticket holders will receive the originally designed ticket booklet(s), including games already played, in mid-November. Tickets in the booklet(s) will be valid only from November 24, 2008 to April 13, 2009.

At any time during the season your season tickets are available for online distribution via “My Jazz Account Manager.” Here’s how:

1. CLICK HERE, and login to Account Manager (located at the bottom of the page)
2. Under “MANAGE YOUR TICKETS” select one of the following:
   • “Print Your Tickets”   to print your tickets from home or work
   • "Forward Tickets”   to email your tickets to yourself, your friends or clients

By emailing or printing your tickets at home, your original tickets will be invalid.
