As a Utah Jazz Season Ticket Holder, you have an "Insider" in the organization who is your personal concierge and will help you get the most our of your Utah Jazz experience.

An official employee of the Utah JAZZ organization, your Utah JAZZ Insider is your personal link to all the exclusive perks that come with being a Utah JAZZ Season Ticket Holder, including concerts and special events at the EnergySolutions Arena.

Your Utah JAZZ Insider will be in contact with you throughout the year to inform you of special events, assist you with any questions you might have, as well as help you when it is time to renew your Season Tickets and secure your Playoff seats.

HOW DO I GET MY PLAYOFF TICKETS?

Simply renew your 2007-08 Utah JAZZ Season Ticket account by March 30, 2007, and you will receive your Playoff Tickets at the discounted Season Ticket Holder price. Please note that Playoff Tickets are an additional cost to your Season Tickets, which will be billed on July 1, 2007 for Playoff games played.

If you choose not to renew but still want to purchase your seats for the Playoffs this year, please contact your Utah JAZZ Insider by March 30, 2007.

HOW DO I RENEW MY SEASON TICKETS?
ONLINE (Safe, Secure, Convenient): CONTACT YOUR UTAH JAZZ INSIDER:

1. Go to utahjazz.com, click the Season Ticket Holder button on the top menu bar

2. Click on "myJAZZ Account Manager" button

3. Log onto your account (Account number is printed on your invoice)

4. Click "View/Pay Invoices"

5. Select the invoice and click "View Invoice Details"

6. Review "Item/Event Descriptions", click "Continue"

7. Select payment plan & answer renewal
questions, click "Continue"

8. View payment details, click "Continue"

9. Enter credit card information, click
"Continue"

10. Wait for the transaction to be authorized

11. You will receive a confirmation email
with your authorization number and
payment amount. Please keep these
for your personal records.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You have three convenient payment options. Please select on of the following payment options by March 30, 2007.

1. PAY IN FULL:
Pay the full amount by March 30, 2007, and receive a 2% discount on the total price of your Season Ticket Package.

2. MONTHLY:
Pay in consecutive, interest-free monthly installments with a credit card: March 30, 2007, June 29, July 27 and August 31.

3. 50/50:
Divide your total Season Ticket price in half, and make two equal payments, March 30, 2007 and August 31, 2007.

WILL MY SEATS BE THE SAME NEXT SEASON?
Yes, all Season Ticket renewals are for the same seats as this season, but you must renew by March 30, 2007.
HOW CAN I UPGRADE, RELOCATE OR ADD SEATS TO MY ACCOUNT?
Simply check the box on your renewal invoice that indicates you would like additional seats or to upgrade. However, you must renew your account by March 30, 2007. Upgrades, relocation and additional seats are based on availability. The upgrade event will be held in May/June 2007. Priority is based on longevity of accounts.

WHAT IS TICKET EXCHANGE?
Want to sell your tickets to a certain game? Don't worry, you won't have to stand outside the arena or buy a newspaper ad. Now you can sell them at the Utah Jazz Ticket Exchange.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SELL TICKETS ON TICKET EXCHANGE?
After your tickets have been sold, the barcodes on your original Season Tickets are canceled. The sale price will be credited to your Season Ticket account. The purchaser is then emailed the new tickets and can print them out on a home computer.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKET EXCHANGE CREDIT?

For the 2006-07 season, if you used Ticket Exchange to successfully resell your Season Tickets to a game(s), the credit you've built up will be applied on July 1, 2007 to offset the cost of your 2007 Playoff Tickets. If you do not elect to purchase your seats for the 2007 Playoffs, the credit will be used to offset your next 2007-08 Season Ticket payment made on or after May 1, 2007. Any remaining credit will be applied to your 2007-08 Season Ticket payments until the credit is completely used.

(As a reminder, according to the Ticket Exchange User Agreement, Ticket Exchange credit will only be applied as specifically stated above. For non-renewal accounts, the credit can only be used to offset the cost of your 2007 Playoff Tickets.)

WHAT IS TICKET FORWARDING?

Ticket Forwarding is a service offered to myJAZZ Account Manager users that allows you to forward your tickets to friends, family, clients or anyone, up to two hours before a game. It's safe & convenient. Within minutes, your new best friend will receive an email with the tickets attached. All they have to do is print the tickets. Remember, once you resell or forward your tickets, your original tickets are invalid.
