1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time on Monday, February 7, 2005 log onto utahjazz.com and fill out the Official Entry Form or mail a postcard, with your age, complete name, address and daytime phone number. Mail to: Best Western Road Trip c/o 301 West South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. No purchase is necessary. All entries must be received by midnight Mountain Standard Time on Thursday, March 3, 2005 when the contest ends. A maximum of one million (1,000,000) enteries will be permitted. The sponsor of the contest is the Utah Jazz and Best Western Corporation, 301 W. South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101.

2. DRAWING: One (1) winner will be randomly selected by Tuesday, February 17, 2004. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via phone/mail within 48 hours of being selected. Winning individual’s name will also appear on utahjazz.com.

3. GENERAL RULES: Open to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18, excluding Florida residents, employees of the Best Western Corporation, Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, the Utah JAZZ, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents, and persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Potential winner must sign any required Winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within five days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. No prize transfers, cash equivalents or substitutions, unless prize is generally unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted only at the team’s option. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Best Western, the Utah Jazz and the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates to use winner's name and/or likeness and photo for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, authorization, or remuneration, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, or theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming utilized in this contest or lost, late, mutilated, illegible or misdirected mail. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final in all matters, and to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Best Western, the Utah JAZZ, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), including but not limited to death, personal injury or loss or damage to property, which entrant or any of the entrant’s representatives, heirs, next of kin or assignees ("Entrant’s Representatives") may have or which may hereinafter accrue to entrant or Entrant’s Representatives with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation in this promotion, or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion. All entries submitted become the sole property of the team and sponsor and none will be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged. Entries may be used for advertising/trade purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question.
