Salt Lake City – The Utah Jazz have acquired the third pick in the 2005 NBA Draft from the Portland Trail Blazers in exchange for the sixth pick, the 27th pick and a future first round pick the Jazz obtained from Detroit in the Carlos Arroyo trade, it was announced today by Jazz President Dennis Haslam.

The Jazz now hold the rights to the third overall pick, the 34th pick and the 51st pick in the 2005 NBA Draft. Draft coverage begins at 5:00 pm tonight on ESPN with the Draft beginning at 5:30 pm.
