Arroyo Jersey for Sale in Puerto Rico

“I am very happy my jersey number 30 of the Utah Jazz is available for sale in Puerto Rico,” said Arroyo. “It is an honor to represent the people of Puerto Rico in the most competitive basketball league in the world. I will be very happy to see the fans that have always supported me wearing my jersey.”
Fans will be able to purchase three different models of the Jazz jersey: white (home uniform), purple (primary road uniform), and black (alternative road uniform).
In the current 2003-04 NBA season, Arroyo’s second with the Jazz and first as a starting point guard, he has played in 50 games. To date, Arroyo is averaging 13.2 ppg and 5.0 apg in 28.4 mpp.
The 2002-03 season was Arroyo’s first full season with the Jazz, in which he served as a backup for NBA legend John Stockton. In 44 games, he averaged 2.8 ppg and 1.2 apg.
Arroyo began his NBA career in the 2001-02 season playing 17 games with the Toronto Raptors and 20 games with Denver Nuggets, respectively. During his tenure with both teams, the Fajardo native averaged 3.0 ppg and 1.9 apg.
Arroyo and fellow Puerto Rican Daniel Santiago of the Milwaukee Bucks are currently the only players from the Caribbean country in the NBA. Along with Manu Ginóbili and Alex Garcia (San Antonio Spurs), Raúl López (Jazz), Nene (Denver Nuggets), Milt Palacio (Toronto Raptors), Pau Gasol (Memphis Grizzlies), Leandro Barbosa (Phoenix Suns), Eduardo Nájera (Dallas Mavericks), they are currently the 10 NBA representatives from Latin America and Spain in the NBA.
