Utah Jazz Vice President of Basketball Operations, Kevin O’Connor, announced today that Gordan Giricek, tendinitis left Achilles, and Andre Owens, stress fracture left tibia, are out indefinitely.

Giricek underwent an MRI on Thursday that confirmed the tendinitis; he will continue immobilization to allow the tendinitis to heal completely. The 6-5 guard has seen action in 37 games for the Jazz this season and has averaged 10.6 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 25.8 minutes per game. He has missed six games with the injury.

Andre Owens has suffered a stress fracture of the left tibia; he will be on crutches and wear a boot indefinitely.
