Jazz look for road upset over Warriors

The Utah Jazz will be in California for a pre-Christmas matchup with the Golden State Warriors tonight.

Tipoff is set for 8:30 p.m. MT.

The defending NBA champions have lost only once so far this season (at Milwaukee on December 12) and lead the league in scoring at 116 points per game.

The Warriors are led by reigning MVP Stephen Curry, who leads the league in points (31.8) and 3-pointers (4.9) per game. Curry also averages 5.4 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game.

Along with Curry, Klay Thompson (who had a slow start to the season but has scored 20+ points in seven of his last eight games, including games with 39 and 43 points) and do-it-all forward Draymond Green (who leads the NBA with four triple-doubles this season) make up Golden State’s big three.

Andre Iguodala, Andrew Bogut, Festus Ezeli, Leandro Barbosa and Shaun Livingston round out the Warriors’ rotation.

The Jazz are riding a two-game winning streak after beating Denver and Phoenix in Salt Lake City.

The game will be broadcast on ROOT SPORTS (Xfinity—693, DirecTV—683.1, Dish—450, Hopper—412-38). TV coverage begins at 8 p.m. MT.

You can also listen to the game on the Utah Jazz mobile app, which is available for iPhone and Android.*
