Nu Skin Dancers Return From Overseas

Utah Jazz
Youngsters from the Neighborhood House
welcome the Jazz Dancers home Thursday.

A group of excited young Jazz fans gave the Nu Skin Jazz Dancers a warm welcome home Thursday at the Salt Lake airport, bringing an exciting end to the Dancer’s tour of U.S. Military bases in the Pacific Stage.

With Jazz-colored roses in hand, the young boys from Salt Lake City’s Neighborhood House warmly embraced the returning girls, and they in turn were giddy for the reception. Some of the luckier youngsters even received a kiss on the cheek.

With local TV cameras capturing the moment, the Dancers finally returned home after two weeks on an Armed Forces Entertainment tour of American military bases. Their two week trip took them from base installations in Singapore to the British/American Naval base Diego Garcia, located in the northern Indian Ocean. Every day they gave American soldiers reminders of home, both by entertaining and getting to know them.
