While Jazz players only have three variations of uniforms to wear during the season, what the team sports off the floor allows each person the opportunity to display their own individuality and style. And though Utah is one of the youngest teams in the NBA, many of the players dress well beyond their years. |
Jared M is Deron Williams’ designer of choice. He, as does Carlos Boozer, uses this custom designer for the majority of his wardrobe. Williams owns around 15-20 suits and continues to add a couple to his collection every year. Many of his suits are Jared M, but he also has some Armani and èlevee. This year he has been dressing more casually when arriving for games, “I’ve only worn a suit to two or three games this year. I’m doing a lot of jeans and sports coats,” said Williams. He likes to keep his wardrobe interesting by “wearing a lot of different styles, a lot of different looks.” |
Paul Millsap says he just threw something together in this photo. Coincidentally he was wearing bright red and blue, which happen to be Louisiana Tech colors, as he entered the arena that day. Millsap just laughed when asked if that was done intentionally. One of his favorite designers is Sean Jean. “I like to dress casual, I’m not too big of a suit guy,” said Millsap. Although he is not a big fan of suits, he still owns seven or eight of them. “I have a few tailors that I use, but I like to shop, look around and just try different stuff.” |
"I'm usually a little more casual. If I wear a tie, I don't like to button the top button. I Just try to be more comfortable but look like I'm halfway into it. If it's a big game, or if my grandma's going to be in town, I'll wear a suit. Other wise, I don't," says Korver. He has a couple of different tailors he uses to make his clothes which is a must when you're 6-7.
Korver is also one of the few players in the NBA wear Converse and has a vast collection of the brand's casual shoes that come as a perk. "Classic black and white Chuck Taylors have to be my favorite. I have every color you can imagine.
