A
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
No alcohol (including non-alcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs may be brought into the EnergySolutions Arena. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased once inside the arena. However, all alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of the EnergySolutions Arena management, and all sales will require the buyer to provide proper identification.

Anthem Singing
The EnergySolutions Arena held tryouts to determine the National Anthem singers for each Jazz season.

ATMs
There are three ATMs located on the main concourse (level 3) of the EnergySolutions Arena. There are two Zions Bank ATMs located at portals D and J, and one Wells Fargo ATM located at portal W.

Birthday Wishes / Anniversary Announcements
The Utah Jazz are happy to assist our fans in posting Birthday wishes and anniversary announcements on the superscreen. The message will be displayed pre game only, and for a non-refundable $50 charge (playoff games not included). Requests need to be submitted by noon prior to game day, limit 10 per game! Contact Kelly Crane at (801) 325-2587 to submit your request!

Box Office
|The EnergySolutions Arena Box Office is located in the main lobby on the northeast corner of the EnergySolutions Arena (lower level entrance).

Cameras
All cameras and recorders are allowed during Jazz games. For other events (concerts, circus, etc.), personal cameras are permitted, but video/audio recorders and professional cameras (cameras with a detachable lens) are prohibited.

D
Dance Team
The Nu Skin Jazz Dancers are made up of an 18-member dance squad. They can be seen at Jazz home games as well as several community events. Tryouts are held during the summer. For questions regarding the Nu Skin Jazz Dancers, contact Jan Whittaker.

Directions
The EnergySolutions Arena is located at 301 West South Temple in Salt Lake City, UT. There are main entrances on each side of the building. The box office entrance is on the northwest side of the building on the lower level.

Driving Directions:

Coming from the North:
-Merge onto I-15 S towards Salt Lake City.
-Take the 600 NO exit—exit 309.
-Take the 600 NO east ramp.
-Turn LEFT onto W 600 N/ UT-268.
-Turn RIGHT onto N 300 W/ US-89. Continue to follow N 300 W.

Coming from the South:
-Merge onto I-15 N towards Salt Lake City.
-Take the 600 S exit—exit 306.
-Stay STRAIGHT to go onto W 600 S/ UT 269 E.
-Turn LEFT onto S 300 W.

Public Transportation
The UTA TRAX system provides a stop located on the north side of the EnergySolutions Arena. Visit www.rideuta.com for more information.

Donations
The Utah Jazz does give donations of game tickets or autographed items to local non-profit organizations to be used in fundraising auctions. However, due to the large number of requests, the Jazz can only give assistance to qualified organizations once per year. To request a donation, send a letter of request on organization letterhead at least four weeks prior to the event to the following address:

Doors Open
Doors open an hour and a half before an event begins (i.e. doors open at 5:30 p.m. for a 7 p.m. game).

Fanzz Store
The EnergySolutions Arena Fanzz store is located in the main lobby on the northeast corner of the EnergySolutions Arena (lower level entrance). The store hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm.

First Aid
The EnergySolutions Arena first-aid station is located across from Portal L.

Food/Beverages
Food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic included) are not allowed to be brought into the EnergySolutions Arena. Concession stands located throughout the EnergySolutions Arena sell various types of food, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.

Jazz Bear
To request the Jazz Bear at an event, contact Luke Larsen at (801) 325-2586.

Job Openings

Lost and Found
During an event, the lost and found is located at Security Control, which can be found at portal U. After the event is over, please call security control at (801) 325-2033.

Multi-game ticket options
The Utah Jazz does offer mini-game ticket packages including 10, 12, 14 or 16-game options. To purchase a package, CLICK HERE or call (801) 355-DUNK.

Parking
There are several public pay parking lots located near the EnergySolutions Arena. Many people also choose to walk to the EnergySolutions Arena or use the TRAX system. For more information about UTA TRAX, visit www.rideuta.com.

The EnergySolutions Arena strongly encourages people to check their strollers at the customer service desk, which is located at portal U and portal G on the main concourse.
