Olympic Memorabilia Available at Silent Auction
SALT LAKE CITY (October 30, 2008) –Carlos Boozer and Deron Williams thrilled Jazz fans this past summer as they helped Team U.S.A. bring home a gold medal from the Beijing Olympic Games. Fans have a unique opportunity to share in that excitement again on Wednesday, November 5, when the Utah Jazz sponsors an Olympic memorabilia silent auction that will benefit charity. Those attending the Utah vs. Portland game that night can purchase Boozer and Williams autographed Olympic items. Additional articles signed by Russian Olympian, Andrei Kirilenko, will also available. Memorabilia includes a photo of Deron Williams wearing his gold medal, an Olympic-style basketball, a poster-size photo of Carlos Boozer and more.
Items for sale will be displayed at a designated table located between portals L and M on the main concourse of EnergySolutions Arena. Patrons may place bids until halftime concludes. Winning bidders must collect their item(s) and pay within 30 minutes after the game ends.

Funds raised through the auction will benefit youth in the community via Larry H. Miller (LHM) Charities, a registered nonprofit foundation. LHM Charities focuses its contributions on nonprofit agencies that aid children in the communities where the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies do business. Emphasis is placed on programs that address health and education issues.
