Three weeks ago, India watched as Chris Bosh -- along with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat -- lifted the Larry O'Brien Trophy for the second straight year. The journey had taken them 105 games and 363 days to complete. And on Tuesday, July 16, Bosh added nearly 9,000 miles to the total.
Making an historic trip to India's largest city, Bosh spent his first day touring Mumbai's greatest attractions -- from the Gateway of India to a famed bazaar to, of course, a traditional Mumbai meal -- with the trophy in-hand. He shopped. He ate. He posed for pictures. He signed autographs. He served as a guest editor at the Times of India. He provided the first post for the brand-new NBA India Instagram page. And he made the world look a whole lot smaller.
To close Day 1, Bosh and his wife, Adrienne, had outfits specially created for them by ace designer Varun Behl for a party with Bollywood stars on Wednesday night. Stay tuned for more!

On Tuesday, India introduced itself to Chris Bosh. Wednesday, he returned the favor.
From morning until night, he told stories. Meeting with journalists one-on-one for two hours in the morning, he then flowed into an afternoon press conference with NBA India and Sony Six where he unveiled the brand-new NBA Jam program in India. A traveling, India-wide event that'll feature a 3-on-3 basketball tournament (including the chance to play against three NBA Legends) and some of the nation's hottest up and coming musicians, Jam will tip off in September in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi before the Finals in Mumbai on Sept. 29.
When night fell, he met with a whole different type of storyteller. Donning a designer outfit from Varun Behl, the eight-time NBA All-Star and his wife attended a social event filled with Bollywood celebrities, designers and socialites -- and brought a very special (and shiny) guest.

And on Thursday, he got to work.
Dividing his afternoon between two clinics -- one for fans of all types and another for some of the top basketball players in India -- CB spent his third day in India spreading the love of the game that brought him to India in the first place. He ran the elite clinic alongside an NBA Cares event with Magic Bus, the NBA's partner in developing a country-wide NBA Cares platform to help use the sport to impact underserved youth across India.
Bosh also gave an interview to RJ Rishi K at Radio One that will air on Friday at 9 am IST -- the final day of the Heat star's tour of Mumbai. Stay tuned for more, including Bosh's answers to your questions!

After four days -- days of making new friends and lifelong fans, of -- Chris Bosh's trip to Mumbai has come to an end.
But not before the Heat big man sat down with NBA.com/India's Akshay Manwani for an exclusive interview -- including three questions submitted by fans in India -- met with two winners from the NBA India/Sony Six #Namastebosh content and helped Wilson College tip-off its annual festival.
Then, before his flight took off for Miami, it was time for one last look at city that embraced him from the time he touched down. One last chance to bid goodbye to a land that's quickly falling in love with the game that made this all possible.
