Player starts with one basketball using a pound dribble moving in the forward direction. Before the second dribble, player attempts the stutter step (chopping feet in forward direction) then uses another push dribble attacking the basket for a basic lay-up.


Player starts with one basketball using a pound dribble moving in the forward direction. Before the second dribble player attempts a crossover in front (ball goes from left to right hand and ball bounces directly in between offensive players feet) player then uses another push dribble attacking the basket for a basic lay-up.


Player starts with one basketball using a pound dribble moving in the forward direction. Before the second dribble player attempts a crossover and then between the legs (ball crossover from left to right hand and then between the legs) player then uses another push dribble attacking the basket for a basic lay-up.


Player starts with one basketball using a pound dribble moving in the forward direction. Before the second dribble, player attempts a crossover in front (ball crossover from left to right hand and then behind offensive players back) player then uses another push dribble attacking the basket for a basic lay-up.


Player starts with one basketball using a pound dribble moving in the forward direction. Before the second dribble, player attempts a crossover in front (ball goes from left to right hand and the back from right to left with ball bouncing directly in between offensive players feet both times) player then uses another push dribble attacking the basket for a basic lay-up.


Player starts with one basketball using two pound dribbles moving forward towards defender then player uses escape dribble (2 backward dribbles) moving the defender up towards offensive player. Offensive player then changes direction and attacks the basket.


Players should post up on the high post keeping the ball high of the chest with elbows outwards so defenders can get the ball. Also players posting up should be in a strong stance position so defender can't move offensive player of the block.



Player receives the ball on the high block and then looks over his inside shoulder to read the defense and see the positioning of his offensive teammates. Player then turns away from the baseline, makes a shot fake with one dribble to the baseline and a power lay-up to finish.



Player receives the ball off the high block and then looks over his inside shoulder. Player then fakes baseline with an up and under shot, takes one dribble towards the middle of the lane and goes up for a hookshot or jumpshot.
